: I'm hoping someone can answer these for me. I'm currently in a Ch 13, which was filed in one state. I'm going to be moving to another state. I know I need to advise of my new address and employer, but...do I have to go through the whole process of a new budget and all that? Or does a new wage order just get sent?

Yes, you might have to show your new income, and see if there is additional funds to pay your creditors, unless you have agreed to pay them in full. The trustee may require you to file a new budget and your payments may be ammended.
