selling house in a chapter 13

Has anyone sold their house while in a chapter 13? Our atty said that we need to get approval once we have an offer on the house. Does anyone know how long it takes to get this approval and what exactly the trustee will looking for in the offer? We have an offer on the house now and do not know if we can accept it or not. I have an appointment with our atty tomorrow and was just wondering if any of you have done this before. Thanks!
