Hopefully yours was a no-asset Ch 7. If so, there's several case rulings to support that they get nothing, regardless or whether they were listed in your petition. Here's one.


: i have just recieved my discharge letter2 weeks ago. I now have a bank sueing me on a reposessed car from three years ago that i thought had been written off. I didnt have the info to add to my filing. Would this still fall under chapter 7 guidlines or can they still get me?????
