Either you send the CRAs your BK paperwork or you have to go through some meticulous cleanup with all of the creditors who are misreporting. The CRAs just print what the creditors tell them. Either you have to prove the creditors wrong by sending the paperwork, or you have to get the creditors to admit that they're wrong and change the tradelines.

Sending the paperwork is easy, but it removes your chance of getting the information off earlier than the 7 years (for tradelines) and the 10 years (for the C7). I'd suggest looking at www.creditboards.com or www.creditnet.com or someplace similar to see how to clean this up, if you're willing to put in the work.
