Question about Credit cards Ch. 7

Filing Bankruptcy Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Personal Bankruptcy

I'm filing for Ch. 7. Virtually all my debt is to
credit cards, but only 4 or 5 of them out of about
10 that I have. I wonder what will happen to these debt free cards once I declare BK. Will I lose them? A couple of them have small balances. Does it make sense to pay them out before I file? Thanks.
