Since he is your "ex" husband, why is his name still on your deed? That should have been taken care of by the attorney who handled your divorce. I would definitely contact the attorney who handled your divorce and explain the situation to protect yoursef from any legal issues that may arise out of this.

: My ex husband will be filing for bankruptcy and his name is still on my house. I have never been late on my house payment but was still wondering if it will affect my credit?
