Al, sorry but you give the worst advice ever. You just want someone to make you feel good even when you made a mistake, and that is not right, ask anyone. Truth may be tough but is what everyone needs if they are going to survive financially.

Why do millions of people like me go through hard times and do not have to file bankruptcy and you do? Because you made mistakes and now you want rewarded. Where is my reward for not filing bankruptcy?

: I've been here since November of 2003. I filed in October and found this site shortly after. Early on it was fantastic!! All the information & knowledge shared was a true education. I have never changed names and will continue to stop here periodically because it's a habit. When Brett & Elmo and a few other folks would provide input I use to really look forward to reading their posts. Unfortunately now since it is not monitored we have the usual obnoxious trolls polluting the board.

Be careful when considering using companies offering credit counseling and debt consolidation services. Do a little reading to learn from other peoples experiences with debt consolidation and credit counseling.
